This Is Accomplished Using A Simple Exploit Named Bannerbomb.

Once You Download That, UnZip The RAR And Put It On root of formated SD Card.

Now Go To Your Wii With The SD Card Inside, Go Do This On Your Wii:

Wii Options>Data Management>Wii Channels>SD Card.

It Should Say Load/boot.dol? hit Yes.

WAD Manager Should Load.

Go Through The Things, Make Sure You Hit IOS35, Not IOS36.
